Um, oil and the products of its use cause a ton of different cancers. Wind mills in a field do not.
No, the factual errors I listed in my post that were contained in the articles you used to support your position.
lets say that they were notified. There are still many avenues for an appeal.Probably not good to cite Honig when he’s making basic factual errors about the case.
That statement really reads like she was paid off...
Um, oil and the products of its use cause a ton of different cancers. Wind mills in a field do not.
Honig has been absolutely ROASTED by his peers over his comments on this case. Even to his (virtual) face. Preet Bharara's podcast last week in particular. He got lit the fuck up by both Preet and I believe Former USA(MI) Joyce Vance. It was embarrassing.
Yes I agree there are many different opinions on this case.
Of course that's how you'd take it.
Probably the biggest risk of windmills cause health problems to the public is actually from the oil by products in them used for lubrication. I drove by one of the older wind farms in Kansas last week and some of them were looking pretty greasy around their pivot points.Motor oil is a known carcinogen. While I’m sure that there’s potentially components of windmills that can cause cancer, spinning in the air and any one of them, lol.
I’d love to say I can’t believe you posted this as some sort of defense, but it’s not shocking, at all.
Did you even make it to this part of the article you posted?I never said that Windmills did. I said it was a stupid statement.
I am now duly chastised for thinking "Oil Cancer" was a silly statement by Biden.
Although it is not clear whether an oil slick on the outside of a car windshield would play any direct role, studies have shown that air pollution can increase the risk of developing skin cancer. However, skin cancer is believed to be more commonly caused by overexposure to the sun.

The cancer rate in Delaware has significantly declined in recent years, with the highest rate now being observed in Kentucky, according to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention statistics cited by World Population Review. South Dakota has the country's lowest cancer rate.
Riiiight...so a person taking a settlement instead of a possibly years long (expensive) legal battle + trauma from having to relive it throughout the trial + possible online/real harassment from despicables = she's only in it for the money...?That is always a possibility isn't it?
If so she is showing her real colors.
I would say it was most likely the counter suit against her and her lawyer....
Could be that too, I'll admit I only read what you posted. The statement also makes sense if there was a counter suit that was agreed to be dropped. That is always a possibility isn't it?

I don’t care if they disagree with me, I am saying their reasoning is bad and sloppy, as shown by their basic factual errors. The only thing I saw that you listed was this:
lets say that they were notified. There are still many avenues for an appeal.
In my opinion and in the opinion of many legal experts. I know you don't like the legal experts that disagree with you.
Yes. Yes it does. That statement really reads like she was paid off...
Something that's basically on pause until 7/11.What is this thread SUPPOSED to be about?
With quite a few owned by the Koch brother.I mean there is literally an area in Louisiana called "Cancer Alley" because of the concentration of oil refineries and chemical plants.
Um, oil and the products of its use cause a ton of different cancers. Wind mills in a field do not.

Heavy metals in breast implants? Link? I know for a fact that a gas generator to eject a missile from a launch tube has over 20 pounds of lead in it. Why? I suspect it provides a faster way for the heat generated to be transferred to the water in the eject pipe to flash instantly to steam, but that's just a guess. There's a crap ton of shit that causes cancers.
From exposure to heavy metals which goes in US missiles, to heavy metals in breast implants, to heavy metals in dental implants.
But wind mills definitely don't cause cancer unless the wind is fucking full of forest fire smoke!

I really don't know whether he actually did it, but her taking a settlement doesn't mean she's in it just for money.
Oil is actually carcinogenic though.Yes, they are both stupid statements.
I lived in Connecticut for 30 years. I worked for an airline that had a base on Nantucket and MV.Get out on the Cape…loads of Toyota trucks and SUV’s out there, especially the further down Cape you travel.
Well, my perspective is from 2010-2013, so most may have rusted away by now. Never saw so many rusted out bodies/rear bumpers on vehicles like I saw on Toyota trucks.
