Anyone notice his fav daughter never showed up for one court date?

How can Trump do no jail time when Cohen went to jail for crimes done on orders by Trump?

Decision on prison is dependent on remorse by convicted and taking into account of violations of gag orders. Not looking good for orange menace

I'm sure his daughters and wife are embarrassed as shit by all of this. And that's really saying something, because with all he's done you'd think they would be immune. Even the MAGAs who don't believe he committed any crimes here. At best he's a proclaimed proud Christan man, who cheated on his pregnant wife with a porn star. Then paid her off to try and keep her quiet. That's not very Christian like lol. They can deny the criminal shit, but at best all they can do is try and ignore the sex with a porn star thing.

Or is Trump still sticking to his story that they never had sex? Which would make a hush money payment kind of, odd? Now I think about it, I bet plenty of his followers don't believe he had sex with her and think Stormy's a plant by Evil Brandon to foil Trump's reelection. Because apparently, the only way Biden can win is to pin a porn star on Trump.

I love the idea of Evil Brandon, it makes me laugh that the MAGAs believe he's capable of doing all this. If he can mastermind the downfall of Trump all while running the country. He's 100% fit to be president another 4 years.

It's fitting with the condition this country's in that a porn star could be our saving grace here. That could be God sending a message to Trump to stop pretending to be this good Christian. Angels can come in all forms, even an ex porn star.

They said on TV news tonight that Ivanka and Melania didn't show up for any of his trial dates.

Cohen was jailed for 3 years (a lot of that not in custody) because he lied on the stand. Trump didn't testify a peep.

Experts are saying jail time not likely because first offense. I hope that's wrong, the extenuating circumstances look bad for Trump, but IMO it will never be clear what's behind the sentencing that will be announced July 11. I hope it smarts.

MAGA fanatics aren't the problem. The huge pool of potential voters are; you've got like a third of your electorate not bothering to turn up. The more utterly unhinged MAGA/Trump becomes, the more likely the potential voters will vote (with a few ought to be obvious provisos).

The only way that MAGA is neutralised is by the rest of society kicking it to the curb at election time (or a war), akin to a unanimous message from extended family to the racist uncle to shut the fuck up for the rest of time.

I've heard this several times, and I'll repeat what I and at least one other in this thread have vocalized; if any of us got convicted of 34 felonies on our first time in the courtroom, we would be seeing the inside of prison.

I guess it's very unlikely he'll go to prison. I don't actually think he should, given the crime was non-violent. Add in the political complications and it surely is very unlikely he'll get a custodial sentence?

But is it possible he'll be sentenced to do community service? Picking up trash or something? Is there a swamp somewhere he could be ordered to drain?

Trump does a whole lot of crime. Also, neither Democrats nor certainly not Biden did anything to Trump here. The state of NY prosecuted him because he is an unrepentant, lifelong criminal.

Oh, he has a lot more felonies to answer for, too.
