Again, from who? He’s not gaining any voters that didn’t vote for him in 2020
From the right wing who interpret this as an attack on their belief system. IMHO this was a dumb move on the part of the D's and if this is all they could come up with they should've left well enough alone.

This is a slap on the wrist material at best if they can't justify revoking his state business license.

When you live in an alternate reality, everything is an attack on your belief system.
How else does one explain the conservative outrage of "wokism" and "CRT" and every other rage issue that's basically railing against the idea of "let's treat everyone fairly, equally, and with human dignity"

Again, you are underestimating the stupidity of iNDePeNdeNT voters. Especially as Biden's ratings continue to slowly crater.

Anyone as consistently wrong about elections and public opinion as you've been shouldn't be lecturing anyone on those subjects. I mean, that's funny.

Skip your biased annotations, show us you've gotten smarter by being capable of appreciating your track record here. Credibility, look into it. Important to note you won't find it by repeating your 2022 schtick.

I remember how in 2022 at one point he was panicking about a veto proof Republican supermajority that required them winning a senate race in like Hawaii. lol.

He was only off by like 18 seats so I’m sure he knows what he’s talking about.

This is more Galaxy brain takes. Who exactly who didn’t vote for Trump in 2020 is going to vote for him in 2024 because he’s been indicted in over 30 felonies and counting?

Seriously, who are these people supposed to be?

Suppose its the same people but dems stay home?

2016 popular vote 63m(Donald) vs 66m(Hillary)
2020 popular vote 74m(Donald) vs 81m(Biden)

Just saying, its a 66-74-81 spread. I dont think its crazy.

So democrats don’t vote because Trump was charged with a crime?

1) 3M PV delta in 2016 vs. 7M in 2020
2) PV is minimally meaningful when the key to victory is the EC, where the vote delta was much closer. what was it, something like 100k votes in certain swing states would have been the difference between biden and a trump redux?

Or maybe they dont hand over the laptop to Rudy next time… Who the fuck knows, lots of pieces in play, dont count out some Russian interference either, this may be Putins last card in the deck if he can hold off the ukr for that long… Pieces pieces pieces, its volatile and a game of incomplete information and given the starting positions, I dont think its comfortable… I mean even a 7% chance is a thing of nightmares is it not? Just saying its a non-zero number.

This indictment is going to make the Republican primaries even more of a shit show, it's gun b gud.
Well for the next few months. Georgia has to be presented to hopefully the next eligible grand jury schedule. Won’t need to do any investigation. Just present the facts. So could be done in 2 weeks.

Jack Smith recalling witnesses on documents. So can’t be much more to investigate. Even though at Pence for Jan 6, would bet still 4-6 months on that investigation.

But any of these indictments will sink the orange monkey ship before primary voting even begins. And he can sink the general election by him running as multi indicted 3rd party.

QAnon conspiracy theories saying that when the police go to arrest Trump today they won't be able to because you can't arrest the president. It will be revealed at that time that Trump is the real president of the US. Lol. I hope the picture of him in handcuffs make it into the press.

Oh F....
I hear this crap every day from my Q niece that Trump is THE REAL president and Biden only a look-alike actor. That THE TRUTH can not be exposed to the masses/people yet because it would be too unsettling to the population. It must unfold slowly. All of it Q insanity. HOW do these people screw in a lightbulb????

Since this boils down to legal mumbo jumbo, the MAGA and especially the MTGreene's out there will absolutely never be unable to understand any of this legally speaking. They'll just keep harping on their talking points to defend Messiah and ignore the legality.

However.... I do believe a new hero is emerging, that being DA Alvin Bragg. I'll go as far as to predict that Alvin Bragg will be labeled as the modern day J Edgar Hoover, minus J Edgar's strange peccadillos and shortcomings.
You heard it here first folks...

Lol if he was such a hero, he would have open the gift Cy Vance left for him. Nope he goes with the lesser case instead of full blown tax invasion.

This indictment and the following trial will be very much like bringing a mob boss to justice. Organized crime typically involves very boring stuff concerning money and finances and pay-offs and laundering and.... YAWN.... just a lot of legal boring stuff. And this will be much the same for Donald Trump with his trial.

Like with a mob boss on trial, the only public excitement is when the guy enters and leaves the courthouse. Same goes for Trump, the trial so boring and so much legal talk where the only excitement for MAGA and the media will be video of Trump arriving and leaving the scene.
And after a short while, we'll get pretty damn tired of watching this. And pretty damn tired of watching Trump's jet plane land and take off from LaGuardia.

As this continues the crowds will die down, the protestors lose interest, the barricades removed.
This trial will be hard to follow because it's boring, necessary ABSOLUTELY, but extremely boring. And in the end, Trump will be convicted by a jury and that jury is all that really matters. Not what MTG thinks, and not what Fox News thinks, and not what Lindsey Graham or Kevin McCarthy thinks.
As the world becomes boggled down in predictions and assumptions and more predictions, the jury will be quietly doing the real work with sending Donald Trump's ass up the river.

I am a little late to the party.. but.. lets address the "nobody gets prison time for their first offense"... okay.. so he won't get prison time for the first of 34... what about the other 33? We are not talking about just one offense.. we are talking about multiple offenses..

OH, and it just occurred to me that while the defendant is a bigger deal than OJ Simpson, the charges are boring, theres no body or bodies, and Americans are much more easily distracted than they were in 1995. So I dont think this will get the same ratings.

Ive been following this on CNN all morning, and the majority of panel members is similar: this is a weak case, and it likely will be dismissed.
They figured that out all off of an indictment, without seeing or hearing any of the evidence? He has only been charged and arrested, and the charges made public.. nothing else is known for them to make such a assumption. I think you are sucking up to much of the media's games.
