Small update extracted from the court order along with the fine, it was only this small because his attorneys pleaded it was unintentional violation:

Still, Engoron decided to impose the $5,000 fine because it was a first-time violation, and because the Trump’s attorneys insisted it was not intentional.

“Make no mistake,” Engoron added. “Future violations, whether intentional or unintentional will subject the violator to far more severe sanctions, which may include, but are not limited to, steeper financial penalties, holding Donald Trump in contempt of court, and possibly imprisoning him” in accordance with state law.

Any volunteers to sign up for “Truth” Social and compliment the fuck out of the former President to bait him to make a repeat shitting on the court or clerk?

which is bullshit that trump is being given the benefit of the doubt. a typical citizen would have not been shown mercy, even if their lawyer pleaded in the same manner.

i expect a future violation though, and i hope Engoron punishes trump as much as possible.

You too bought into the idea that Trump has money?
Trump has near-infinite suckers donating to his "campaign" funds that he uses to cover any such costs... he'll undoubtedly make 100x more money from fundraising off of this than the fine itself.

I wouldn't put it past Trump to illegally funnel campaign funds to pay his fine for violating a court order in a trial about him fraudulently inflating his net worth.

We will see
As described two posts above is not paying.
This makes no sense to me. Trump has lost shitloads of cases in the past and when he loses he pays. This is a trivial amount and he will pay it.

If the idea is he will try to tap campaign funds for that maybe, but honestly campaign finance laws are such a joke now anyway who cares. He would have used that money for something else anyway.

So yeah, he will pay.

Gotta think like the former President. That money was given to him so paying with money “he earned” like that doesn’t impact his bank statement so it’s not “his” money thus there is less “pain” in him paying.
Money is by far the #1 thing he wants and values, he is likely amung the greediest people who have ever lived. Taking money from him hurts, it hurts him a real lot.

BWAHAHAHA fined $10k for violating gag order again
The total is now $15000, anyone for 20000 do I hear 20000....
It might not have happened if he didn't lie to the judge about who he was referring to in his out of court comment. He has some kind of hardon for the clerk.

You can only violate so many court orders and receive a fine. Violating a court order is also referred to as criminal contempt. Jail time for that is very light, like 5-10 days, but eventually it will happen if Trump can't keep his fat face shut.

He looks really orange and really pissed in one pic from the CNN article.

What's hilarious is that the judge not only fined him, he did it after basically saying he's full of it.

Engoron held a surprise hearing over comments Trump made outside the courtroom earlier Wednesday that could have been referring to a court clerk and therefore violating a gag order.

"I’m going to hold a hearing right now about that," the judge said.

Engoron asked Trump who he was referring to when he talked about the "partisan person" next to the judge.

"You and Cohen," Trump responded, referring to his former attorney and fixer Michael Cohen, who has been testifying Wednesday.

"Are you sure you didn’t meant the person on the other side?" Engoron asked, referring to his clerk.

"Yes I’m sure," Trump responded.

Engoron excused Trump after attorneys from both sides declined to ask him any questions. "The witness is excused," Engoron said.

"Thank you your honor," Trump responded as he returned to his seat at the defense table.

“I hereby fine you $10,000 -- which is on the liberal side -- to be paid within 30 days,” the judge ruled.

"As the trier of fact, I find that the witness is not credible," Judge Arthur Engoron said after hearing from the former president under oath.

Extra laughs for the use of "liberal", which you have to think was just trolling
