Some dude in Wisconsin who has a twitter account wrote a complaint about the law clerk in the case in New York. Breitbart saw the complaint because the guy posted it online and wrote an article based entirely off of this guys ramblings. Trumps lawyers saw the article and argued in court that the law clerk is doing bad things and she is passing the judge nasty notes about their client. Therefore the case should be dismissed.

I read somewhere, which makes sense, that Trump and his attorneys are attempting to deliberately provoke the judge into an overreaction they can use on appeal because they know they’ve already lost here and the likely result is the elimination of the Trump Organization.
