What I like about that schedule is that (potentially) it lets Trump stew and continue to get angrier with each passing day. He might actually just explode in court instead of looking like a red-faced angry aging Chuckie doll.
Hmm imagine his Princess telling the truth and he has a heart attack

Is he on bail in the NY case? If so they can just rescind his bail.

NY case is civil, so I believe the answer is "NO". But, even if it were "YES", I don't believe a judge is going to put him in custody for violating a gag order (short of him specifically calling for witness/court officer violence). There's just way too many problems associated with that level of punishment for something that can definitely be appealed/argued against. You're going to see increasing fines, process related reactions, and things like removing his social media access.

Sticking to the Sgt. Shultz routine for day 3 or so. "I know nothing about anything".
Does that play well considering you are before a judge and not a jury?
Is that you signature at the bottom of the document that you attest that all is well?

In true Trump fashion they are putting up smoke and mirrors, doing misdirection and trying to circumvent the actual laws. Let me 'splain.

Some dude in Wisconsin who has a twitter account wrote a complaint about the law clerk in the case in New York. Breitbart saw the complaint because the guy posted it online and wrote an article based entirely off of this guys ramblings. Trumps lawyers saw the article and argued in court that the law clerk is doing bad things and she is passing the judge nasty notes about their client. Therefore the case should be dismissed.

Salon article, not entirely sure they are a good source.

Breitbart article. Definitely not a good source

It's the usual let's make this look tainted, so there must be something wrong with this trial BS. This is just the typical "look at the shiny light over there" to avoid the obvious which is Eric's testimony went very badly.

Eric Trump when asked about property valuations with signature he claimed not to know anything. He paid attention to pouring concrete.

That’s right, he made himself the COFFEE BOY

Apparently Big Daddy Don Fartlips goes on the stand next week under oath. Didn't someone claim that would never happen? Maybe it still won't?

We all know it's a load of bullshit.

Even if Eric Trump really didn't know anything, when you are an officer of a corporation, and you sign legal documents which usually has some form of "I swear this is true to the best of my ability", you lose the excuse of being clueless.

And that's not just for corporations, when you file your tax returns, you have to sign and swear to the same thing, that what you are signing is true to the best of your abilities.

I know someone who reported under reported some things on some tax filings. Guess what happened when he got caught? IRS didn't give a shit. Accountant is not in trouble. You signed it. You are responsible for it.

And there is no disclaimer on any type of financial documents I've ever looked at that says "The shit I wrote in here may or may not be true. Buyer beware!" Another load of bullshit from the Trumps.

Speaking of a few good men, if he perjures himself, for a civil trial, could the judge arrest him immediately? Obviously it won’t happen (outside of the orange pulling a gun to the judge’s clerk) how long of a rope will he be given?

No, he'd be arrested after trial. He has all the rope he needs.

LOL @ Eric's sophomoric lies in his testimony:

"It's extremely inconsistent with what my role is at the company," said Eric Trump in one section of the deposition. "I don't remember this. I'm not on here. I never signed this document," he said in another.

"He goes on to say, Sue, 'I don't recall this. I pour concrete. I manage properties. I don't focus on appraisals. It's just not what I do in my day-to-day responsibilities,'" quoted anchor Nicolle Wallace.

Ya sure man, you pour concrete. I can totally see that.

"When a fine is the only punishment, the act is only a crime for poor people." Trump will weigh the costs and keep violating the order.

Exactly so. Proportional penalties that make the rich feel the pain as much as a pauper is something that the rich will pay much more to prevent than it would take to pay in fines and confinement. Such is life for the immunized rich and famous that can corrupt their way into being above the laws of the land.

edit - added "confinement"
