I thought he may have been sarcastic but wasn’t quite sure and knowing Trump he would do exactly that. 😂That’s the point he was making
If he can't get a bond for the Carroll judgment there's no way he's going to get one for the fraud judgement.
Since The Trump Org's remaining physical assets in NY are unlikely to come close to satisfying the judgement at real valuations I assume the AG will probably have to look for other targets like Trump's accounts at financial institutions with a NY presence.
You guys beat me to the punch with the orange ape not being able to post the funds.
Buried in the AG response to his petition for the reduced bond was this nugget: AG had evidence that he's been circumventing the monitor and moving assets from New York to Florida. The AG doesn't even need to look, she can just ask the court appointed monitor.
Do you reckon they'll intervene to save him?Breaking, SCOTUS will hear Trumps immunity case April 22nd:
Do you reckon they'll intervene to save him?
Do you reckon they'll intervene to save him?
I think about how hard the conservative justices have grifted up there which makes me believe that they'll save him so the good times can keep on rolling for them.I think so they'll do anything to make sure he's not in jail and be the candidate in 2024.
His winning the primary might have shifted some minds up there.
At some point he becomes more trouble than he's worth. Toss him, suffer his indignant supporters, silence his idiot family, and regroup in 4-8yrs.I have a feeling the GOP overlords want Trump and his cult gone.
So I give better than 50/50 odds they throw him under the bus.
I could be wrong...
This assumes the GOP will act rationally and favor a long term position over a short term position. Two things they rarely ever do.At some point he becomes more trouble than he's worth. Toss him, suffer his indignant supporters, silence his idiot family, and regroup in 4-8yrs.
No, the argument is clownish and insane and would quite literally lead to Biden being able to have them all killed. Their goal is to delay and then rule against him. My guess is 7-2 with Alito and Thomas siding with Trump.Do you reckon they'll intervene to save him?
The argument could literally result in Biden having the entire SC removed and replaced to reverse the ruling, lolNo, the argument is clownish and insane and would quite literally lead to Biden being able to have them all killed. Long live emporess Harris! The argument could literally result in Biden having the entire SC removed and replaced to reverse the ruling, lol
Or just make himself god emperor of America.
Yep, it is insane that the Supreme Court agreed that they somehow needed to hear arguments on whether to overturn a ruling that a President is not completely above the law and not permanently excluded from any criminal prosecution. The argument could literally result in Biden having the entire SC removed and replaced to reverse the ruling, lol

Yeah the fact that they agreed to hear it should frighten us all.Yep, it is insane that the Supreme Court agreed that they somehow needed to hear arguments on whether to overturn a ruling that a President is not completely above the law and not permanently excluded from any criminal prosecution.
Basically, they decided it was necessary to listen to arguments on whether the President has the unconditional authority to assassinate or unilaterally execute any and all political and judicial opponents and thereby remain Emperor for life.
Because, you know, the Founders might have intended for Republican Presidents (only) to have that kind of authority.
Given their proximity to an overtly hostile foreign power that's actually made references toward them, I'd fucking hope so.To be honest. Alaska is trending to the left quite fast. In terms of vote margin in 2020, it was 30K votes however, percentage wise it was a hole lot closer. Furthermore, local level races back in 2020 were reported to be unusually competitive. Then in 2022, Democrats gained the Alaska US House Seat. If Trump says anything about giving Alaska away, it is almost certain that Republican would loose Alaska.
Yeah the fact that they agreed to hear it should frighten us all.
How's the commercial real-estate market these days? I'm sure Trump is going to be able to fetch top-dollar for his properties, lol.
