Hush money case would have long been resolved with a sentence of cash fine. Only Georgia would have been pursued. Carol case would have had a far lower judgement since he’d have less opportunity to speak and stick his foot in his big fat mouth so often. An absolute worst case scenario for us would be if he wins in November, then strong arms SCROTUS into allowing him to run again in 2028 on the Vance/DJT ticket.
