Directly taking "credit" (if you want to call it that) for holding up the ceremony.

Afterwards, when there are reports about him being the one holding it up, which stem from his own words, she feels she needs to set the records straight

“By the way, some of you may have heard or read that President Trump supposedly held up the entire D-Day ceremony in order to do this interview with me,” Ingraham exclaimed. “That is patently false. Fake news.”

So, she's basically saying the President lied to her, and to all those watching listening and that he was/is the source of he fake news that that was going around.

It wasn't him. He just wanted to act like it was to flatter his ego and to flatter hers. But, as later pointed out by Ingraham herself, and other news agencies, what he said was a bald faced lie and he was propagating fake news.
