Eminent domain is the most communist law we have, the state can declare your land as better for public use and use that to steal it from you. Its mostly low income people who are harassed that way of course, a city official sure as hell isn't going to take land from his neighbor to build a noisy airport on in HIS neighborhood afterall.

My business law professor says you should pray that the government seizes your land in eminent domain (unless you're really attached to your property), apparently in CT anyway, it's very land owner friendly and you can automatically get 20% above market value just by appealing whatever amount they initially offer you in judgement.

I'm wanting Congress in my own personal eminent domain claim. I figure that anything I do on that plot of land is going to be more productive for society that what the Dems and Repubs are and have been doing on it for at least the last decade and a half.
