However, due to this bullshit delay due to Trump having to have his sharpie scribble on the physical check, I logged into the .gov website and gave them my bank account info to NOT have to wait for the physical check.

You can pay electronically, and you will be in the same boat. I work on tax returns, so I know how it works. I haven't ever had to pay because of my deductions/children even with no withholding paid in. Now I do pay since I am a Partner, so I pay electronically.
