Trumpism is a cancer so Democrats should never encourage anything to do with it. Even if you buy into the notion that Donald Trump sucks at general elections, the downside of a second Trump term is so frightening that all good Americans must view this as an existential fight for democracy. This is the wild card. He is losing it fast at this pace. He will have to slow down and minimize exposure. This is why it was never 100% sure Trump would make it to the general without being seriously gimped - health and/or legal problems.She's not likely to win unless Trump has a major medical problem before the convention. It is going to drive him batty however if she stays in and keeps attacking him on his mental capacity.
