Beauty pageant winners should try to be more PC, said no one ever. Try as I might, I can't find a way to justify stripping the beauty pageant winner of her crown over what she tweeted. If one is looking for role models at a beauty pageant, perhaps one should reconsider one's own values.
I can point to plenty of cases where people lost far more than a beauty pageant title for having liberal views.
