Over confident much?

Here is what is really gonna happen; Hillary disassemble.

Trump is a business man, a very wealthy, well connected business man. He has moles who feed him intel. Guarantee you he knows things about Hillary, her money, who gave it to her and when to expose it. I look forward to the games to begin, unless the FBI stops her first. Watching Trump re-deflower her on the public stage is going to probably be the most entertainment I've had in a lifetime.

Her constant playing of the "woman card" is nothing more than an excuse of her character. Well, we vote for character, not gender.

Cheerio!

Wow. I don't know if this is "delusional" or just plain stupid.

If it's Clinton vs Trump in November, Trump will be trounced. That not overconfidence. I hate both candidates. That's just common fucking sense.

I'm sorry that you can't see what I see. Hillary should have never run because, in the end, not only will it be her undoing, but the loss of the family fortune goes with it. It's not going to be the emails, but something much bigger. She will wish for the day she just counted her lucky stars and STFU and stayed in her square.

Trump is gonna kick her down the road, if she doesn't get indicted first. She's under capitalized against him. I'm gonna make the popcorn and enjoy the show.

Yes I hope it doesn't come out she is taking money from banks and from Wall Street. Imagine the scandal if that would be known. Riots...I am telling you, riots! People would revolt!

The Repugs are in a in serious trouble.

They have Trump, which many Repugs HATE.

The chance for Trump to win the presidency is low.

Hillary is gonna stick it to these old fogies to be the 1st female president!

U mad?

Out of the Republicans he is the only one with a shot of beating Hilary.

but the only people with the chance of actually beating her is the FBI. other then that hillary has the Presidency locked up.

It really comes down to 2 people who I don't trust at all. Both are going to fuck over the middle class to make their friends richer.

Only difference between the two is that at least Trump is open about it. But he won't beat her 1 on 1.

Put them both on the stage and lets have a debate. He's gonna freeze her block.

I am afraid that while I think Trump is "being good" rallying people against some of his competitors, Cruz etc...I don't think he's smart enough to take on and "win" against Hillary.
The usual delusions such as accusations of voter fraud I actually EXPECT when Trump loses, but this is nothing new. The Right is pretty good with all types of fantasy stories and I am afraid Trump won't have anything against Hillary, more at the level of say, "Obama is a Muslim" - typical Rightwinger crap.

In an actual *debate* I see Hillary trouncing Trump, I don't like to admit it, but BECAUSE of her experience and Trumps naivety and inexperience. Hillary is slick, Trump is still a fool without much of a clue of anything with some exceptions. Hillary I can see making Trump a laughing stock in an actual debate because she CAN expose him and his inexperience in politics better than he is allegedly able to expose her.

Let them talk about things such as ISIS, whatever...and you will see a bumbling fool up there on stage who will look like the idiot who should never have left reality TV.

Establishment thinking common fucking sense says Trump shouldn't even be there.

And the democrats must be loving every last iota of it.

You just can't help but laugh at what's become of the GoP. It's funny in a completely fucked up way. What the hell have they been doing for the last 8 years that leads them to bring Donald Trump up for the office of the presidency?

This is the sort of thing that if you made it up as fiction just a couple of years ago, people would claim it's BS. Not any more...

The crazy thing here is that I think you're actually serious. I don't know how anyone can believe this, but it's kind of an eye operner that there are actually people who do think like this.

Republican voters are going to turn out in record low numbers if Donald Trump is their candidate. The guy is not a conservative. He's a pandering clown, and most of them know that.

The miscalculation lies in people thinking that Trump is GOP, Tea party, or whatever. He's running the GOP ticket because, as calculated, historically, no Democrat's have done a three-peat presidency since the 1828.

Trump isn't a toe the line partisan. He's a social liberal and a fiscal conservative. He might beat her better as a democrat, but the democrats lose this year, so he had that already figured out. Typical as a NY businessman. President Trump 2016!

Ok. I get it. I'm no longer convinced that you think this is even a remote possibility.

Will the GoP lose the House? That's the only thing rational people are wondering now.

That's an amazing calculation on Trump's part. Unfortunately for you both, democrats won the presidency five times in a row with FDR and Truman.

Looks like he had it all figured out! What a genius! Hahaha.

its pretty sad when Trump is the best option out there

It's hard to imagine why anyone would think that though. Basically pick any complaint you have about Clinton and Trump is far worse.

I personally don't get the Clinton hate anyway, she's going to be a center left technocrat like Obama. That's worked pretty well for the last eight years so why not eight more?

I should have specified best repub

Ah that makes sense.

I think Kasich would probably be better simply because he isn't as erratic and undisciplined as Trump is, although his policies are still plenty horrible. I would absolutely prefer President Trump to President Cruz though. I can't think of a single serious presidential candidate in my entire life that has been worse than Cruz.

rick perry, bachmann, santorum, scott, carson. Okay, maybe some wouldn't be as bad as cruz, but still, the gop's bar is so low right now it's laughable.

I have to say most of those I wouldn't consider serious candidates since they didn't really win any delegates. That being said, I would genuinely prefer Santorum and Huckabee to Cruz. Not by a lot as they were absolutely horrible, but some. Santorum and Huckabee at least had some modestly economically populist views to go along with their ultra right social stances.

Overall though it is kind of amazing to take a step back and look at all the nut cases that have run. I mean...Jesus. (har)

Here in PA at the voting booths, I heard a lot of people saying they want Trump.

That pretty much applies to depending on what part of the state you are in. I'm in PA, I understand it, and I get that.

Regardless, the emergence of Trump just shows exactly what a joke the Republican party has become over the past 16 years, beginning with GWB. Neo-con hatred has fueled this party into an embarrassing caricature of itself, to put it in the nicest-possible terms.

And it's gotten much worse; nowhere is this more evident than with Paul Ryan and his Republican-controlled House -- they can't get ANYTHING done amongst themselves, and they are majority!

Sheesh.

Wow the northeast fell quicker than poland in 1939 leaving the nevertrump allies in shambles.

Looks like the cruz/kasich plan backfired and just ended up getting even more people to the polls to vote for trump. His broke 50%. I think at this point they need to change the rules and require 1500 delegates for the nomination.

At this point it is looking like he might get the magic number. So the rules will need to be changed in order to stop him.

I like the Hitler analogy. Headshot on first post.

But it's similar to what he is doing to the Repub party, so that's apt.

So in the general election we get to pick between whether we'd have the bought and paid for shill who will get us in at least one war, or the clueless business mogul who can't be bothered to bring himself up to minimum competence for the issues most important to the job he's ostensibly seeking.

The only way this election could be worse was if Jimmy Carter and Sarah Palin decided to throw their hats into the ring.

Everyone would vote for Jimmy Carter this year, don't be silly.
