trying to choose between 2 26" monitors

one is this soyo 26"

uses will be direct viewing (no one looking from a side view)

some movie watching, some video gaming, some web browsing/office work...later date it may be used to monitor trading models.

Does anyone have any idea what panel the Soyo could possibly have with 176/176 viewing angles and 2ms response time?

Since when does TN have 176/176 viewing angle though? And Soyo's P-MVA 24" is sold between $250 and $300 constantly so a similar panel at 2" more for $100 more isn't inconceivable.

How do you like them viewing angles? What kind of panel do you think this monitor is? If you didn't say TN, you aren't not wrong.

You need to ask exactly what they are measuring these days.

NEC is TN, newegg.com got their viewing ranges wrong
