I posted this in that chubbywallet forum.....in a nutshell, nobody has received MSN $$ from a CC purchase on 12/22....
"I don't think this is an issue with the actual date that your card was charged. I think the problem rests with Circuit City. I placed an order on 12/22 early in the morning at CC, picked it up by noon , and no MSN dollars. My card was charged on 12/22, my MSN wallet receipt says 12/22, everything says 12/22, and no MSN $$.....we might have to collectively raise a stink if they don't correct this..."

My MSN didn't show up either. I was wondering about this. Ebates did show up. On an earlier CC order I got both MSN and Ebates.

Who should we contact-CC or MSN-and how? Anyone have any e-addresses?

No MSN dollars here either. Emailed CC on Dec. 23:

BS. I picked up the card on the 23rd and MSN dollars have not shown up yet. What now?

thats bs, for all my other purchases, MSN dollars showed up right away.... I think the santa cruz is going back to CC soon...

Just got this email from CC customer service (in response to my second inquiry to them):

dollars will be corrected on January 10, 2003. If you still

I received my rebate today also. Unfortunately, I don't think you can check the status of this rebate online. I have seen reports of lots of people receiving their checks though, so hopefully you will be getting yours soon. Rebates are great when they come in 5 weeks.....
