Hello,
I've recently moved into a new house and during the build I asked to have in wall cable routing done for a TV. They have routed a 6 feet tube for me to route my HDMI cable. Due to this they've also added a 1" backing board on top of the cinder block where the TV would be mounted. Now my question is this: How do I about mounting a Sanus VLF515 to hold a 55" 61lb TV? The cinder block was not filled in, so I assume I cannot use wedge anchors as the cinder block is hollow. Molly Bolts? Toggle Bolts? How about the Snap toggle (toggler.com)? Should I be able to just mount it to the 1" thick backing board that sits between the drywall and the cinder block? The mount is articulating so I need it to be strong and as permanent as possible.
Thank you.
