TV Tuner Poll

A couple of friends of mine just got the leadtek and seem to like it. I'd say its a pretty good choice.

I have a Leadtek TV card. However, the sound goes out after running the TV application for a while. I can still hear system sounds but anything from the TV card can't be heard. But if I close the application and reopen WinFast TV, I can hear the TV again. But then it will go away again in a while.

Anybody else have this problem? (I'm using WinXP)

I'm in the market for a new PVR card, as I've kind of lost faith in Hauppauge's ability to make decent products, or functional software to go with it.

You could consider getting seperate PVR software for any tuner card. SnapStream is what I've been looking at. They are even working with a company to make it possible to send the recorded video to a Playstation2 for playback on a TV.
