TV Tuner software

Looking for good software for my TV Tuner card, that will run in real time allowing me to use it for my xbox. It came with BeyondTV but that has a two second delay, which Beyond says can't be removed. I have no want or plans to rebuild my machine so MCE and Myth are both out. Anyone know of anything that will work for me?

The tuner is an ATI 550 chip...

i have used both gb-pvr, and media-portal, both are great
