TV Tuners vs Envision 7500

I am currently running an ATI all-in-wonder USB TV Tuner and the immage is terrible. The sound doesn't sync with the screen, its bandwith challenged so I can't run full screen without it looking like a bad porno movie (grainy, etc.) and it just doesn't seem to be very good. Now, my choices are to ditch the current 19" CRT monitor (Envision ) and replace it with the Envision EN-7500 with a built in TV tuner and remote, or to go to the MSI Tv@nywhere that Sharky's reviewed a couple of days ago. Has anyone used either of these and if so, would you buy it again?

I've checked out the Envision EN-7500 to use as a video display for a sailboat(lack of space)

It looked pretty good with digital material from the digicam, and pretty fair with s-video from the DVD player, but NTSC broadcast video looked not so pleasant to me. Washed out colors basically. A CRT will blow this display away in every concievable way, I didn't think it was all that hot as an analog computer display either.
