Tweaking the System

Currently in my Bios I have these settings for these options, If you see a problem with them, help me tweak them.

Softmenu in Bios
CPU FSB Clock: 142 (Amd Xp 1900+ currently at 1704 MHz at this FSB(this good, any more?)
Ratio (FSB:AGP;PCI): 4:2:1
Multiplier Factor: 12x
Speed Error Hold: Disabled

Core Voltage: 1.800V
I/O Voltage: 3.50V
DDR Voltage: 2.55V
DQ Control: Center DQ
CPU Fast Command Decode: Normal

DRAM Clock/Drive Control in Bios
DRAM Clock: 133 (SPD/100/133 are only options even though FSB is 142)
DRAM Timing: Manual
DRAM Cas Latency: 2.5 (If I put 2, system won't post)
Bank Interleave: Disabled (I think if i put this to 4 bank, system won't post either)
Precharge to Active (TRP): 2T
Active to Precharge (TRAS): 5T
Active to Command (TRCD): 2T
DDR DQS Input Delay: Auto
DDR DQS Output Delay: Auto
Command Drive Strength: Lo
DRAM Queue Depth: 4 Level

If you see something wrong with the settings that I could make better or tweak them please tell, and if i could my processor fast, or do you think its fast enough for a 1900+, i tryed upping the core by .05 and that gave me a 2 mhz increase in FSB that would boot but was unstable at 1.85V for 145,144,and 143.. the system reboot when in 3dmark2001se testing... also an off topic question, in NVMAX, when I up the Core or Ram speed do I have to reboot for changes to apply? Also is my ddr memory at 142fsb to? because as it says in one of the DDR memory memus in bios, that its currently at 133mhz.

Did you type all of that? :Q:

See if you can run cas2 by changing the following:

[*]Set DDR voltage to 2.7v
[*]TRAS to 6t
[*]command drive high

Disable these:

System Bios Cacheable
Video Ram Cacheable

no cas 2 still didnt work.. it did post.. but when laoding in to windwos it gave the blue screen..... even tho i set it back to 2.5 should i keep command drive strength hi and TRAS at 6t and ddr voltage at 2.75v or set back to Lo,5t and 2.55?

also the nvmax question...? and is my ram running at the cpu fsb.. because it says current ddr frequency is 133mhz?
