Ordered some of this as well. I'm going to use a modded BIOS on my DFI Lanparty UT-250 that will let me use up to 4.0v on the vDIMM. I'm thinking that 3.2v should be enough for me to hit 250FSB with CAS 2 but loose timings. OCZ covers their VX under warranty by up to 3.5-3.6v, I believe, so if you're running at 3.4v or under, I wouldn't worry about the TwinMOS being able to handle it or not. If it gets a bit hot at 3.4+, place a fan near the modules for a bit of a breeze to cool them down.
if its utt, it doesnt like loose timings. you'll most likely get worse results with looser timings than 2-2-2
they dont get hot...but most people claim a fan helps with stability...if you were to touch it at 3.4v...they're barely warm
3.2 will
very most likely not be enough for 250 with loose timings (see first sentence)...unless you get very good sticks. even then, you'd be lucky to get 250 fsb with 2-2-2, at any voltage nevertheless 3.2
