They weren't trying to bring down buildings,but to kill and maim as many human beings as possible.
True, it's just creepy how small a device like this can be. Relatively low tech too, just sounds like explosives, ball bearings, a detonation device and a small pot.
I'm really surprised this hasn't happened more often, it seems too easy. I assume that the hardest part is getting the materials.
