Thanks for clearing that up. They can't take any chances of losing this guy. They've callously killed innocent kids, civilians, killed a cop in cold blood, and have tossed explosive devices at will. If they can save one life by using excessive force then it's worth the effort. I sure hope the guy didn't slip through the perimeter of the dragnet in the wee hours and they're searchig in the wrong place.

I'm all about priorities, and would normally ridicule this kinda thing, too. But, uh...kind of a big deal, this whole bombing thing. 'Terrorism' and all that jazz. It's not just a post-9/11 thing, either...I'm sure if the unibomber or Timothy Mcveigh or whoever had such a dramatic shootout/escape from the cops, there would've been similar manhunts.

I would be neither incredulous nor even surprised if freakin' SEALs or Rangers (or their related 'black' units) fast-roped in on a house to get this dude. In fact, I'd probably applaud their efficiency...a squad of those dudes would end this quickly. No more huge shootouts where dozens of cops fail to hit one skinny kid.

But they gotta find him first.
