I got up at 9, felt terrible, drank about a liter of water or more, went to McD's, got some food, which was a bad decision. Drank a 20oz bottle of gatorade cause my friend said it helps cause of the electrolytes, went back to sleep until noon.

Woke up, gatorade hasn't helped, McD's made me feel bad, horrible heartburn, at least I happened to have some medicine for that.

Any help with this hangover? lol.

i don't know why ppl think fat, greasy food helps. some times no food is going to ease the pain, and any food is going to make you nauseous.

remedy for you sounds like water, aspirin, and sleep. this evening you might start to feel human again.

I find when I'm drinking straight liquor (very common for me) along with beer I wake with a hangover, but if I get just as drunk by drinking more of the liquor and team it with water I'll not have any ill affects.

I've been reluctant to voice this because it defies logic. Beer is just alcohol with water and other stuff. I'm sure someone refuting my claim will just say that I'm only thinking that I'm drinking as much.

It holds pretty true, and I don't know the facts behind it but I surely won't defy the experiences that agree.
If I know I'm going to be mixing beer and liquor, I either purposely drink less of everything, or save the beer for last.
