Ty Pennington Arrested for DUI

TV star Ty Pennington was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of alcohol and drugs while driving in the early hours of Saturday morning.

The 41-year-old, who hosts Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, was stopped by police in Los Angeles at 12:35am PT.

Pennington was released two hours later after posting $5,000 bail, reports website TMZ.com.

This won't cause it to end, there are people out there with "good guy" images who have done worse and been penalized less. Losing endorsements is probably his biggest concern right now.

I would say most people that are not introverted: drink, do drugs, have sex, party.

At the same time they are also usually making big bank and donating some of it.

SO MANY DUI ARRESTS AND SO LITTLE OF THEM CAUSE ANY DAMAGE.

Oh but wait, most don't realize most on the road from 9pm to 4am Thursday to Saturday are probably above the 0.08% limit.

Fortunately the snow plows and street sweepers clean up the carnage each morning.
