Delta power supplies are among the best, but "Giant Power" might represent a budget line. Dunno.
Delta model numbers start off with DPS-350 or -250 etc., this is a GPS-350 (Giant Power, by Delta).
PSU does not seem to have the best airflow for AMD users (no vents on the bottom).
Delta GPS-300 Specs HERE seem to match the 350 specs. TCO 3.3 + 5V is 180 watts. The 3.3+5+12V TCO is 290 watts, about what a good 300W unit offers. Delta is usually rated conservatively, for continuous power, and likely offers much higher "peak" power than any cheap brand.
Delta is a huge manufacturer (the largest?), usually selling to the OEM market, and rarely found in retail channels (check Pricewatch). You will find their power supplies in major brand computers (HP, Dells, etc.).
My 250W Delta's are better built than the Antec SL300. I've used them for hot OC'd Palomino's, with 7200rpm RAID arrays, and GeForce3 cards.
Dammit, Newegg is shipping me a lesser brand refurb case today. I'm going to buy some of these anyway.
As for the u-ATX case, ditto on the Dremel work!
120 mm fan mounts on the front of some, but more Dremel work obviously needed.
80 mm exhaust fan comes with some cases. Thumbscrews. Shielded USB & Firewire ports.
HOT!!!
