I am curious to see how Haze looks, since PS3 is the "leading" platform. Probably the reason why it is being released a bit early.

I'm looking forward to SC: Conviction. Although from the hi-def trailer I downloaded from Live the other day - after what happened on the VT campus, I'm surprised it'll be allowed to come out. It looks eerily creepy, like you're on a college campus offing people. I'm all for kickass Ubisoft games, but I'm just a little hesitant on how the public is going to take it.

Timed exclusive = they show the PS3 logo until the exclusivity period is over.

One week for Haze being a PS3 exclusive!!!! HOLY CRAP WOW!!!!

They made it sound like it would be at least a couple months.

Oh well, if it's good, it's good. And I still get it a week earlier...which is nothing to brag about at all.

Ubisoft obviously upset some people and has come out saying that the listings for the PC and 360 versions of Haze are 'unconfirmed'. Mmmmhmmm.

I'm lookin forward to that Naruto game... based on what I've read at IGN about it, it should probably be the best Naruto game ever released for any console... which isn't really saying much. The game is supposed to be more free roaming style and a bit story oriented instead of the multitude of fighting games and the occasional side-scroller .

Yeah, I always thought that Naruto better lended itself towards a RPG/Action/Platform type game over the innumerable arena fighting games that have been released. Shame that it won't be released in Japan because Ubisoft doesn't have the distribution rights for Naruto for Japan. Could have been another game for the 360 that markets well to the Japanese...Lord knows the 360 needs as many as those as it can get.

I think Bandai has the rights in Japan? I bet they could just license the game, translate the text, remove the English dialog and be done with it. They could also leave some of the English text as well. You'd be surprised how many Japanese games have a lot of English in them. I remember playing Bleach Heat the Soul 2, Bleach Heat the Soul 3 and now Bleach Heat the Soul 4 on my PSP... and in each iteration, the game had more and more English in the menus and such.

Looking at the game listing for Naruto (simply go to Wiki and type in "naruto video games"), I'm not too sure who has the licensing rights... TOMY develops and produces the GNT series, but Bandai handles the Super Smash Brothers wanna be PS2/PSP games.

Although I didn't care for the PS2/PSP Naruto games, the Gamecube fighters were pretty decent. I have Naruto Gekitou Ninja Taisen 3 for the Gamecube. I remember beating my friends as Gaara and they'd get pissed, because I could attack from afar with ease :laugh:.

EDIT:

Japan did get the new Gundam Musou game earlier than we will (August release I believe for NA). That's another game I'm looking forward to as the most fun thing you can get with a Gundam is simply to cause major damage to as many mobile suits as you can... supposedly, the game will also include characters from many different series. I'm hoping to play as Gundam Epyon :evil:!
