No one uses greatest now they say who's the best now. When you say greatest you are implying greatest of all time or who's the greatest thus far. Just use "best now" and stop confusing people.
In before you start pasting from dictionary.com, because even if it is technically right to say "greatest now", NO ONE EVER USES THAT MONIKER.
