Since the last fight I've seen Chale on multiple interview shows with a replica UFC belt drapped over his shoulder. While I do admit Anderson's acting like an ass, a Sonnen who LOST still goes around claiming he won. I don't know if I could handle how he'd act if he actually won.

I die every time I see him interviewed and he has one of the replica belts you or I could order off UFC.com. Dude's a damn riot lol.

I don't think anyone else could pull off 1/2 the sh!t he pulls, lol. Perhaps its that he also fights like he talks, no holds barred. He's also never vulgar.

On that 2.75 hour podcast with Rogan linked above, he says he found out on sherdog that he never lost a round on the a judges score card. When he was losing a round, he ultimately submitted, but never lost finished rounds. I'm not sure if I believe him, but that would be pretty amazing. He credits his 'resurgence' to when he started seeing a sports psychologist.

This reminds me of the complete irrationality of BJ Penn fans right before the second Edgar fight. First of all, Sonen is still on TRT so he will be just as juiced as last time. Second, it wasn't a tough fight, Silva was completely dominated until he pulled the sub.

I expect it to be closer this time, and Silva could always catch him with a KO or sub, but I don't see how an objective observer wouldn't have Sonnen as the favorite after watching the first fight.

Can you imagine Fedor having a tantrum like a child on the phone talking shit about killing his opponent, or Fedor shoulder striking at the weigh ins?

No legit martial artist who has respect for the sport would do something like the cheap shoulder strike Anderson pulled off at the weigh ins, no matter how much shit Chael talked.

All these people talking about Anderson being a great, humble martial artist yet he can't even stay respectful and hold his own composure, gets mentally broken by Chael and pulls this stuff.. not to mention his cockiness.. there are interviews where he says BJ Penn is the greatest but we all know it's a farce, he thinks he's the greatest, in a lot of the questions he says that the most perfect matchup would be him versus himself, implying he thinks he is the greatest.

Anderson will always have those losses to Takase, Ryonan, Azeredo, Teixera on his record. Fedor never lost to lower than B-level competition ( Hendo, Bigfoot, Werdum are A level competition ).

Fedor was never dominated for 24 minutes straight.

Fedor doesn't do gay shit like avoid his opponents' at their strengths; he could have easily knocked out or decisioned Werdum by avoiding the ground game by waiting for the ref to stand him up, but the fact that he actually was man enough to dive head first shows he has more heart and balls than Anderson.

I forget which fight, leites or maia or both, anderson ducked the ground game entirely. You think Fedor can't get away with such a pussy strategy?

Post-PRIDE Dana white fanboys need to realize Fedor > Anderson. Fuck revisionist-history. Respect accomplishments relative to time, and realize Fedor fought high ranked opponents, don't discredit rankings based on now, because that can be said about any fighter with wins.

I'm not sure how much UFC you watch, but not every fight is filled with animosity. Just take a look at the rest of the main card, none of those other fights have any hatred.

There were many occasions after a fight where joe rogan interviewed a fighter and they said all that shit talking they said before a fight was what the ufc told them to say, one of the bj penn fights comes to mind. So yes i've watched plenty ufc fights to know this is just part of the game.
