I don't know why they would cut Ferguson's pay...its thousands to him, but otherwise millions lost in the ppv. He's not the draw Khabib is but there is still a lot of hype behind Ferguson now.

Yeah, but I feel like Khabib came in too heavy and had to cut a lot too quickly. So, it's kind of on him. I'm still watching, but I watch pretty much every card.

It is kind of funny seeing the body composition difference between Hunt and Overeem. It's like it is apparent which one uses steroids.

People are quick to forget what MMA really is. GSP is considered the best ever, and he hasn't finished a guy in like 8 years. Getting a favorable decision is still a win. Sure, it isn't the most entertaining, but a win is a win. I get people don't like it, but he did enough for the judges to give it to him. Personally, I thought it was Wonderboy who won, but that is just me.

I dunno, I think Woodley definitely won 3 and 5, but 1, 2 and 4 was just...uneventful for either fighter. Wonderboy went forward but didn't do anything. Woodley seemed like he just wanted to counter but didn't do anything either. I wouldnt argue against 48-47 Wonderboy, or 48-47 to even 50-45 for Woodley. I'd lean towards Woodley since he had two definitive rounds, but neither fighter did themselves any favors with this fight. Maybe more disappointed in Woodley since he got the better of the exchanges in both fights, but just isn't aggressive. I think these two might respect each other too much to put on a good fight. Dont care to see a third.

Teymur looked good though.

The problem is neither fight wanted to really commit to anything until the 5th round. And, I'd argue it was a draw, no way 50-47 for anyone. Woodley is going to fight smart and it kind of worked, except like the first two rounds where nobody shit anything. I'd say it was 3-2 Thompson, but 10-8 the last round, which would draw it, and ties goes to the champ (but, UFC won't want that shit). Honestly, I like both the fighters, but Woodley should remain champ.

The real MVP was Cruz as commentator. I liked his analysis. He always seemed to be on point with what was really happening other than the "oh... OH!" of Rogan and who knows what ever the fuck Anik was saying.
