AND, they'll do it Pride Grand Prix style

as long as the rumored/dream match-up of gsp vs. the spider is on that card!

That and they need FEDOR! Doesn't look like they can pull that off though..

The UFC 92 card is pretty much as good as it gets.

that "dream match-up" is gonna be destroyed when bj penn takes gsp's belt away from him.

BJ Penn >> Matt Sera

Though.. I say GSP by decision, unless Penn catches him early or GSP decides to stand up and trade.

Lesnar by TKO in the 2nd round.

His only loss was his own fault. He dominated Frank Mir. He embarrassed Heath Herring. Mir was the former champ and Herring is an oldschool Pride guy who?s definitely no slouch. Only reason he lost to Mir is because he was too impatient in finishing him. He?s a much different fighter now.

This will be a great fight but I predict Lesnar lands some huge shots that ultimately lead to a stoppage in the 2nd.

What a crappy card. I will grab it off the internet the following day as I am certainly not going to pay $$$ for a short fight as this main event will be.

Did you watch the last fight? Lesnar hit hard and had no other game whatsoever. He was completely fucking clueless on the ground and just laid on top. He might win tonight, but it'll be because of his size/athleticism and not skill.

Yes, Couture is the heavyweight Champ. If Lesnar wins his FOURTH EVER UFC fight, he will be the new Champ.....That said, I believe Couture will win by submission

You haven't seen many Couture fights, have you? Submissions are only responsible for 2 of his 16 victories - he is not a submission fighter.

Wrestlers suck at submissions for the most part. Randy has way more experience but he's old and hasn't fought for a year. --- you forget the dude trains 24/7......Lesnar has only one chance of winning......lesnar needs to get a lucky shot in...

Brock is the future of HW's in the UFC - period. Not saying Brock will beat Randy, but it won't be an easy fight for Randy. Randy's bread and butter is Wrestling & Dirty Boxing. Lesnar is a better wrestler and I don't think Randy wants to dirty box with Brock, being in Brock's clinch might end badly for the legend

Brock has the size, speed, strength & age advantage. Dunno if it'll be enough to overcome Randy's experience. But it should be a good fight, well interesting at least. Brock would be a difficult fight for anyone, I hope Randy tests his chin because that's the one question mark I have about him.

Anyone who thinks this is gonna be a walk in the park for Randy is crazy. He showed well against Mir, and broke Heaths orbital bone with a single blow. And made the first dude he fought tap from strikes. He's a scary mo fo

and to bapace this is only Lesnars 3rd UFC fight his first MMA fight wasn't in UFC.

Bump as the FL/SC game is a blowout so I'm getting psyched for UFC instead.

debated this fight for about 2 hours with my brother last night, we came the the conclusion this fight can go either way. COuld potentially be a blowout in either direction too.

On one hand Couture could use experience to school lesnar and get a submission, or Lesnar could have an opening a-la Liddel vs Couture and drop a knockout bomb on him, or many other possible scenarios.

If Lesnar comes out to aggresive, Couture will use it to his advantage. Notice that Lidell beat Couture twice with patience. I dont see Lesnar being able to be as passive.

Watched the special the other night on Spike TV with a few friends....just looking at lesnar and watching him train scares the crap out of me. Each have their pros and cons but I'm gonna have to go with Brock here as long as he stays focused for the first round and doesn't go for a straight KO.

Lesnar by tko in the 1st.

I'm no fan of his, but his size is just too much for Couture. I think that Randy's been a little too hyped up. He's good, but he's no Superman. Keep in mind: Couture fought at light-heavy and Lesnar has to cut to get to 265. That's just too much mass for Randy to overcome. If Couture was a very precise, technical striker or a BJJ black belt, then he'd have a good chance. He's not. He's a wrestler who likes to ground-and-pound. You think that Couture's gonna be able to keep Lesnar (a NCAA champ) down? No way. Add the age factor and the ring rust factor and I see Lesnar ding-and-dashing Randy, taking him down, and pounding on him until the ref stops it in the 1st.

I think the Florian/Stevenson fight will be much more exciting. Tough to call that one.

Hilarious. Gonzaga is a beast against the takedown but when Rogan swings at him with the 2nd grade English you can see the fear in Gonzaga's eyes.

Holy shit! What an uppercut by Stephens!

One minute Anjos was looking at a fist and the next he was looking at his own ass. Goddamn.

Brock's got a punchers chance (remember what Chuck did twice to Randy) and Randy probably will not submit Brock. Best thing to do is to keep away, jab, kick low, goto the ground for awhile, then go back to standup. I dunno how strong Lesnar's legs are- Randy should jab and kick as much as possible.
