wow. longer then i thought it would be.
No it should have been longer given his stupid clumsy grade school defense and excuse.
it should be for life since he is obviously lying.
Jan 2nd @RondaRousey vs @_HOLLYHOLM for the women's bantamweight title at the @MGMGrand in Las Vegas. #UFC195 @UFC
Stupid by the UFC to book Holly, she is going to be stomped, BADLY vs. Ronda.
Atleast Tate has fought her way back to a title shot, that would give Holly some more time to develop into a complete MMA fighter, as it stands she has little to no chance
I wouldn't even give her the "punchers" chance to end the fight as her punches seem to lack KO power.
She's already 33, it's questionable whether any gain in skills from waiting longer can overcome her decline in physical performance.
More importantly, with the way she's performed, there's no guarantee she'll remain undefeated.
Her punches are merely to distract you from her head kick
which is basically her only path to victory
If she attempts to kick Ronda will toss her ass to the ground immediately.
First offense ban for life? It isn't like he ran out the back of the gym when the tester was trying to track him down.
With that said, I think Silva is done anyway. He may come back and do a few fights, but he isn't going to fight for title contention. He doesn't have it in him anymore.
This was also the first time he has ever been tested out of competition. What are the odds that the first time he's tested out of competition is the only time he's ever used PEDs? Silva said he's done, he has no desire to compete for the belt which is all that really matters in this sport. It's a shame that he's going out the way he is though, just a couple years ago he could have retired and would have been considered, by many, to be the GOAT. Even if he didn't come back after breaking his leg, go out on that rather than the way this is turning out. I wouldn't be surprised if we see him in a handful of craptasitc fights but I doubt he'll ever be back to 'normal'.
UFC 190, headlined by Ronda Rousey's 34-second title defense against Bethe Correia, became perhaps the most surprising pay-per-view hit in U.S. company history.
Current estimates have the show doing a little more than 900,000 buys on pay-per-view, the largest number for a UFC show since UFC 168, on Dec. 28, 2013, the show headlined by the second Chris Weidman vs. Anderson Silva fight and the second Rousey vs. Miesha Tate fight.
Rousey/Holm has been moved from UFC 195 up to UFC 193 in Melbourne Nov 14
this is to fill in for the Lawler/Condit fight since Lawler injured his thumb
