Overeem looks scary as fuck now, and he is picking up the knee kicks of Jon Jones, so he might actually now be a force in the heavyweight division. Wondering if Werdum is shitting himself right now.

However it looks like the multiple beatdowns of JDS from Cain have actually taken their toll, and JDS does not look as mentally sharp as he used to.

No, but I don't think McGregor can get into his head either. I think it will come down to who is the better fighter (and I feel Connor is, but Nate is wily and tough as shit), and it should be a good fight.

Dos Santos looks like he has PTSD from all the beatings he has taken. He looked downright scared last night. Cerrone is another Uriah Faber, never quite good enough in prime time.

I was not surprised by Cerrone getting hurt by that body kick. Dos Anjos landed quite a few NASTY ones on Pettis. Cerrone apparently jacked up his stomach a while ago in some sort of extreme sports accident (surprise) that resulted in him losing part of his intestines. It's possible he's little vulnerable there, and those kicks are hard enough for anyone to take without a previous injury.

Of course, in standard Cerrone fashion, he fought like 3 months after that accident and surgery. I think it was WEC days.

Overeem is going to say fuck you to the UFC after beating the shit out of their number 3 guy, and go test out free agency, unless of course the UFC makes a very good offer to him. He managed to pull off a very amazing chess move.

Unless Overeem is going to try and get a fight with Fedor, it would be a stupid move to leave the UFC.

It was a good card, except for the title fight. Well, it was a good showing for RDA, but I was hoping for something more competitive. I thought the JDS/Overeem was fascinating. Both guys respected each others power, but I was surprised JDS gave Overeem so much respect. Obviously it was warranted, haha, but he really just needed one clean shot on Overeem and I think he would have went down.

And welcome back Nate Diaz! Johnson really messed up when he went away from the leg kicks. I think we need Diaz vs Ferguson next. And I doubt Connor is thinking about 155 after RDA dismantled Cowboy and Pettis. Fighting Cowboy would have been a better matchup for him, but RDA is a beast now. I don't see him losing until Khabib comes back.
