It was the first recorded show and we weren't using the wet shoes and it was at 70rpm. They slowed it down to 40rpm on the other shows.

Imagine doing a circuit for 90seconds and then trying to run up a slope with grease on bare feet with grease. No traction = fail

Other shows had towels at the bottom of the run with wet shoes. The wet shoes make it easier and they changed the surface of the track also I think.

During testing we did it dry and not after a pool.

Yeah it all comes down to the Elminator!

You saw her (KT) thong when her short were ripped off but they didn't show that camera angle as it's a family tv show.

My shorts were ripped off also!

One question, on the one with the rings, after the gladiator fell into the water, was there something preventing you from heading to the gladiators area? I couldn't tell if you didn't have the momentum or if the refs whistle created some confusion. I saw KT did the same thing and I'm very curious.
