Ultima 90 on Socket 775

The mounting assembly on my Ultima 90 seems to have a lil bit of play on it.It is mounted on a P5K-E Wifi AP mobo. I'm not quite positive if it was meant to be pulled inwards by the spring loaded retention screws used to secure the heatsink.Please share your experience if you happen use the same cooler or similar cooler with the same mounting assembly.

I've got the same 'sink on a P5B DLX and as you say you can move it side to side. From reading elsewhere I gather this normal, but I'm not totally happy with it.

The Ultima 90 reviewed by Anandtech had a 4 screw lock down, dropped by TRight on release, which would seem to be better than the 2 screw arrangement on my version anyway.

Thermalright do sell a 4 screw kit which may be better, but some have been using a washer, with the right size hole, to enable the locator to still do it's job, thus enabling a bit more pressure to be applied. Careful not to crush the cores though.
