Here's an argument that comes up whenever we're bored or in an argumentative mood. Who would win in a fight to the death? A top-of-their-class Navy Seal or a top Ultimate Fighter like Hughes, Serra, or St. Pierre? Now, the setup is important, so please base your argument on it, otherwise we just go in circles.
Ultimate fighter meets Navy Seal walking down the street, and instantaneously each realizes the other is their mortal enemy and it's either kill or be killed. Neither has any weapons on them, though they can use anything they'd find within reach on a normal city street (I assume this is nothing very helpful, though if anyone comes up with a creative way to kill a man with an empty McDonald's bag, I'll concede the point.) No interference by anyone or anything else.
Who wins? Personally, I think the killer instinct instilled in a Seal from the moment they get to combat school triumphs over the admittedly superior hand-to-hand training an Ultimate Fighter goes through in their training.
We'll see what everyone else thinks.
