Indeed Nutdotnet. I did some some basic stuff when I started out. Just not all that affective really compared to what I do now. Great thing having an OL coach. I learnt a HELL OF A LOT.

Learned. Aren't you English?
As informative as that first post was, it's obvious he's a beginner. Not knocking on you Terran, but you have a LOT to learn. (Been lifting going on 6 years now) Koing, Amused, Nut, Sp33d, and even Red Dawn (has he posted in this thread?) all have good advice to give.

Your english is pretty good actually, but it should be "I learned a lot"

Why is it that when I get buffed out (about every two years or so), I never have to use supliments? I just go to a protien/veggie diet and mix 3 days or cardio with 4 days of lifting.

I have another question: Why is it that certain times of the year I seem to be easily able to pack on muscle, but then other times I can feel the muscle burning away and I get soft for no apparent reason? Do a guy's hormones fluctuate that much? My workout schedule's been the same and my diet is pretty much the same.
BTW, thanks for the info, Amused.

What I don't get is why you 16 year olds or anyone for that matter is using Creatine. It isn't healthy for you and your body converts it into steroids.
You're still growing and should do it naturally and not even take that stuff it could do more harm than good. If you need fast absorbing iron eat more beef. Fish is good but even then like osmeone stated the mercury levels in it. Limit the canned tuna to 4 times per week...
Guess none of you going to post progress pictures to prove what you "preach" heh.

I wrote this guide to get rid of this ignorance. I guess my efforts were in vain. There will always be morons who think creatine is a steroid. Do you mind if I quote that statement and post it on bodybuilidng.com We could use a good laugh.

You want to see progress. A friend went from 130lbs to 243lbs in less than 3 years without steroids. (Oops sorry, I forgot creatine was a steroid)
