See about getting an RMA from Ultra. I've heard some stories where they've replaced units with something better. It can happen.

recd my unit today- it was previously openned and had pry marks in 3 spots! obviously i called frys and they are sending a replacemnt. also i am supposed to fax in my shipping bill to get reimbursed for sending back the old unit

Well since my Corsair PSU is on backorder I decided to buy this baby. Overnight shipping was only $12 so I should have the PSU in a couple of days. I will mainly use this as a backup PSU so $12 is a great deal!

I sent my rebate form in and got an email about 3 weeks later telling me they are processing the rebate. So it will most likely be at least another 4 weeks until I receive the rebate. Takes a long time, but it was a free PSU.
