edit: CoolMAX 500W at newegg FAR + ~$7 shipping -- but too many reviews say it's noisy

My ship to address was different than my billing address. Should I use the billing address for the rebate?

REBATE fine print says: address on your rebate app. must match address on receipt, invoice, or packing slip

All I have is a packing slip, so to me the answer is "no"

The case and psu shipped very quickly. The psu worries me a little b/c it seems like it runs very hot (when gaming) but does not expel enough air to cool it sufficiently due to lack of output fan (as opposed to intake fan).

I'm not following this...my packing slip has both my billing and shipping addresses on it. I figure since the fine print says

"The address on your rebate application must match the address on the receipt, invoice, or packing slip. Limit one rebate offer per person, billing address, company, household, organization, and receipt/invoice during eligibility period."

That's the part that leads me to believe it should be the billing address and not the shipping one.

Anyone know?

do what the fine print says is usually the best route. my delivery and bill to are the same so i never have a problem and i ues the e-mail receipt for the rebate.

you guys are freakin me out, I have the rebate sent to my billing address (home) but the case and psu shipped to the office. I used the packing slip for the rebate. I am going to go nuclear on someone if they try to screw with this rebate.

The second pertains to limits.

You did not follow instructions, therefore it is quite rational for you to "go nuclear" on others.

I think you should highlight the two matching addresses.
All I have is the packing slip and both addresses are there -- but the 'ship-to' address stands out more to me. I didn't even notice the bill-to at frst. Just make sure whichever document you include (receipt,invoice,packing-slip) has an exact match of the address and that it'll be obvious to the flunky who's trying their hardest to find a reason to disqualify you.
