edit: is the entire exterior of the case made of plastic? Also, Fry's says there is front intake, but I don't see any air vents in the fron of the case.. are there?

Hm, the ultra site seems to indicate that the exterior case is made of metal, and that it has front intake vents.

Interesting...the rebate form says that it is for the black one doesn't it? Indeed, I just checked and it clearly states that it's only for the black case. If I get a blue one then outpost will be getting a return...

I did this for a ultra psu and they do not want the packing slip since it doen't have all of those pieces of info, at least on the Frys packing slips with onrebate.com. Maybe the ultra manufacture rebates are less picky. I just Use the invoice you print out at check out and I highlight every piece of info they need eg. name, date, time, shipping address, billing address etc.

Well, onrebate is a whole other story. But this form specifically states "dated receipt/invoice or packing slip" If in doubt send a copy of both.

I bought one of these with free shipping last year. It's a nice case; fairly easy to work with. The only problem I had was that the door swung open quickly one time too many and broke one of the hinge points. User error. There's a 1yr warranty so maybe I'll see if I can get another door. But realistically, I don't care for the door anyway. The bottom line is that for 39cents for rebate postage, it's hard to beat.

yeah i dont see why not, or do you mean buying them in the same transaction? i think to keep the rebates and receipts squared away i would do it in two seperate transactions.

onrebate(former handler's? of ultra's rebates) 2-4 weeks but white bear lake(think OfficeDepot's handler..) ..I dunno..
