Any X-Connect owner whose PSU didn't come with SATA cables can go to the website and get ones for free. Actually, the newest runs of X-connects come with SATA cables by default. Ultra received a lot of complaints and those are the results.
I don't worry about PCI-E because most all cards come with a 6 pin to 4 pin molex adapter in the box anyway.

The onrebate site will give you your rebate via PayPal in 2-5 days for a fee of $5.50. There were a few other options (gift cards). Otherwise, they will mail it to you in 8-10 weeks (after they receive your paperwork, of course!)
