Ok i called to clear it up and they admitted that the way the rebate is printed is ambiguous. Anyhow a copy of the upc for them will be sufficient.

Do you think the one rebate per household line applies to each model of PS or will they see one for a PS and void the rest?
What are the specs on that memory; I can't find any latency info?
ANYONE? Bueller?... Bueller?

It just me or is onrebate.com the same rebate place that TigerDirect uses?
buyer beware, onrebate.com is tricky and has alot of complaints. first off, after waiting 3 months, you either recieve your rebate or get a denied status through their online status check. I recieved 2 and got denied one.
If you recieve your rebate, you have to worry about the check bouncing. If you did not recieve the rebate, their 1-800 # is a gimmick and no one will ever pick up. The email listed on their website is a fake also, they don't reply them.
The only thing that makes them different from most other rebate companies is they make it hard to contact them. After googling around i did manage to find a contact for their company and get my rebate accepted, but the 1-800 # and email on their main site leads to dead end for me with multiple trys. along with other people.
I read that accepting paypal payments through them might be safer than worrying about bouncing checks.
all in all, keep copies of everything for this rebate company. They try their best to keep your money. probably because they do alot of free after rebate deals.
I plan to avoid onrebate.com from now on.

well i ordered and started the rebate process on the one from the mfg website. It asks you if you want to expedite the rebate for $5.50. Supposedlly once they receive the documentation they are supposed to turn it around quickly. So I go through this process and they email you a page to print out and send in with the upc and original invoice. One of the last items on the page says please allow 1 to 2 weeks after mailing your rebate application to receive an uptdate to your status. ???? Looks like another con job to me.

nadia at onrebate.com:

Taken from a post at rip-off report where some guy is claiming he is entitled to his rebate even though he forgot to sign the form. Nadia has offered to help him, even though he didn't follow the directions.
There are others Nadia is helping...people who sent in product labels instead of UPC codes, people that admit they were late in sending in their forms, etc.
One guy claims "Tiger has all their rebate forms in .pdf format, that means you need to download Adobe reader...who has Adobe reader? this is ridiculous!" LOL.
I think there is a little story behind everyone's "I never got my rebate" claim.
-dot Is and cross Ts, PRINT CLEARLY
-read and re-read. Check dates and places for signatures.
-re-read again.
-if you are really intent on getting your rebates MAKE COPIES. They will get you on not having copies. It's a hassle, but it's like "rebate insurance"
Me:
3 checks for $135 in my hand
4 rebates pending, 2 approved and mailed
~45 rebates sent over 3 years, all received (I have had to follow up on ~5). I pretty much buy all my parts with rebates.
