from the faq:
"Question:

How long will it take to receive my rebate?

Answer:
It depends.
If you chose the No-Wait Rebate service, check payments will be mail within 3 to 5 business days from receipt of all your rebate documentation. For those who chose PayPal as their payment method, you should receive your payment within 2 business days from receipt of all your rebate documentation.
If you chose the Basic Service, expect to receive your payment within 8 to 10 weeks after the acceptance date."

Personally, I would never choose to pay them to expedite my rebate, I consider rebates to be a 2-4 month transaction.

Same situation. I got the web one and meant to go back today to grab the other one, but couldn't even find the product on the website at all.

**Nevermind, found the link at SD - here and here

They have another nice 500W model, a better looking one in my opinion, for $30 AR. I may get this one instead. I didn't care for the green one. This model also gets good reviews.

Got mine today, sending in the rebates tomorrow. I think this is the most expensive FAR item I've ever gotten. Sweet.

Despite some may have said Ultra is a crappy psu brand. Years past, may be or just a bunch of bull! I bought mine back in Dec 05 from a big sale @ MC in store. This thing is rock solid it has more than enough beef to sustain the power urge of my AMD rig. It looks good too in that titanium finish.

Just got mine as well. I gotta say it is pretty impressive looking and feels very solid. Now the rebates just gotta come through... I'm doing everything in triplicate! We should all keep in touch on this and see how they all go.

IMPORTANT!!!
You can register the power supply for a lifetime!! warranty!!

I dont know of any other PSU's that have a lifetime warranty, even the enermax stuff has only a 3 year warranty. And the PC Power and Cooling (the uber expensive top top of the line power supplies) only have a 5 year warranty.
Anyway here's the registration link:
http://www.ultraproducts.com/register.php

Register within 30 days of purchase to get lifetime warranty.

Edit: fixed link, sorry.

Wrong link!

Here is the one to the Ultra Products site:
Ultra Products Warranty Registration

Thanks for the info, by the way. I would never have gone there to register! The warranty is only 3 years if you don't register.

Sorry about that, I was looking at the PC P&C site to see how long the warranty was and accidently pasted the wrong link. I fixed it thanks.

OK, I turn my nephew on to this deal and he gets it, installed it and four days later, total failure.
Mine isn't even out of the box. Do you suppose they sold them for what they were worth?

Wow, that's fantastic!! A lifetime warranty on a solid built, really nice looking, FREE PSU. I love it. Thanks for the tip. If more companies did this, I'd register everything I bought!

Does anyone even have their rebate show up in the system yet? I checked both Rat Shack's rebate tracking and OneRebate's tracking and neither even have it listed as receiving the rebate forms. I'm getting nervous...

I mailed my forms out 3/9 and neither RS or OnRebate is showing the forms as received. You're getting nervous? I've also got $90 tied up in rebates from these two for the 1G Ultra DDR Memory deal (didn't mail those forms in until 3/20, though).

8 weeks after mailing my on-rebates forms for a CPU I never saw the status of "recieved". Then one day I was received and under review, 2 days later I was approved and a check was in the mail. Don't get nervous after 2 weeks, these things just don't work that fast.

djspl: It's not two weeks, in fact it will be a month tomorrow!

Sweeps: Thanks for the encouraging news. I'll just keep an eye on my e-mails (and spam folder) for the notice rather than going to the site and entering the tracking info every couple of days.

i did the expedited rebate and i have received it already. the radio shack rebate doesn't show in the system, and of course they make it virtually impossible for anyone to contact them. I'm not a fan of this type of thing. If you are going to issue rebates then you off it to your customers to provide the necessary suppost. Its an ok power supply, a little on the noisy side.
