Its just disgusting to read these kind of posts, the thousands of them. This guy is a murderer. In complete error he made assumptions and accusations about someone and all his suspicions were wrong. No matter how you think or feel, Trayvon Martin was hounded and eventually killed by a complete stranger all because the stranger didn't know him. That was it in a nutshell, the kid died because he was walking in neighborhood and some guy didn't know who he was. Gimme a break.

The kid had no weapons and given the circumstances had every right to defend himself against this person. Trayvon Martin did not commit a crime and thus should have never been put in that spot where he had to fight off a pursuer with a gun no less.

I can understand arguing the law, but these posts like you are uplifting and fighting for some hero is disgusting. He killed an innocent 17 year old kid. He is a killer that needs to be put behind bars. How you and so many others can just sit here and defend this man with like baited breath is just appalling. Its like you have no decency at all.

The statement you have made can only be confirmed or denied by Corey's office, and the defense via discovery. Until someone leaks the information for us, or we see the outcome of these events, we cannot know.

If you were defending GZ (I know your experience is with prosecution), how concerned would you be finding a clean jury pool? I ask this considering how the media handled this, and also how pervasive the coverage has been. Just curious if you don't mind answering, thanks.

Fucker is an insult, when I was growing up it was one of the worst things you could say. Its against the terms and I reported it as such.

Obviously neither you nor I know what the evidence is. This is why your proposed bet is stupid. Admittedly perhaps not as stupid as your bet about the Congressional elections in 2010 (if memory serves you paid $500 for that particular overreach), but stupid nevertheless.

I dont doubt at all Murder 2 will be plead down in this case.

But I also doubt she would bring charges, she doesnt think she can prove in court. Sure its all opinion and speculation, I am not goign to put "my opinion" in front of everything I post to satify someones need for nuiance.

I would be hugely concerned about that, but I don't see this as a case where it will be that difficult to find a neutral jury. This board is a good illustration of that fact, actually. While people may have strong feelings one way or the other, I think most people on this board could, if needed, follow a judge's instructions to hear the evidence and apply the law in a fair way. This case has catalyzed people on both the pro- and anti-Zimmerman sides, as compared to, say, the Casey Anthony case, where I don't think there were many voices standing up for her, yet she was acquitted of all charges related to her daughter's death. I don't have a particularly high opinion of Florida but I think laypeople give too little credit to jurors and their ability to provide a fair trial.
