Yes. And it was his statements to police along with his testimony that make it automatic self defense.

Even if z-man was initial aggressor, and there is no evidence he was.

Even Zimmerman's account says they spoke before the sucker punch. He didn't ever say Trayvon just socked him in the nose out of no where.
