So I finished the game the other day. Most people were saying their play time was around 7-8 hours. I usually take longer to play games, and since this game had an open area to explore, my play clock came in around 10 hours.
I would give the game a solid 7.5-8 out of 10. I think it lacked the polish of other Uncharted games. I had a few instances where I got stuck, a few instances where it looked like I should easily be able to reach a ledge, but I ended up falling off the map. Some of the flowing water looked like it was running at a different framerate than the rest of the game, like the fire in Gears of War 4.
A lot of the set pieces were recycled from previous games, and it took a while to actually get going, which isn't ideal in such a short game. I didn't think the chemistry between Nadine and Chloe felt genuine either. I thought Nadine was an odd and shallow character in Uncharted 4, and I didn't particularly like her in this, although I love Laura Bailey. I would have much preferred the game be about Chloe and Cutter, or some of the other characters.
The game also really had a strong Tomb Raider vibe. Crystal Dynamics is usually accused of copying Naughty Dog, but I think that is a bit of a two way street. Chloe's backstory and motives seem to mirror Lara Croft's in Rise of the Tomb Raider quite a bit.

Sam Drake did show up 3/4 of the way through the game, and IMO that "surprise" was a kind of telegraphed. I was not a huge Sam fan in UC4, but I would have preferred him as Chloe's partner through most of the game to Nadine.
