There are a few people on reef central that have done this, it looks pretty cool. They do have supplemental lights installed, but I guess it really cuts the costs during the summer months.

It's by far the biggest of the reefing sites. As to "the best"...well, probably, if only because of the knowledge that some of the folks there possess. The flame wars used to get out of hand quickly. (as usual, some 15 y.o. kid who heard from the guy in the fish store that you aren't supposed to do x, y, or z, gets his panties in a knot when someone actually does x, y, AND z...and does it successfully...kind of like the flame wars here from time to time)
