Undoing norton ghost

One of the guys at work Ghosted a new hard drive to an old hard drive over writing everything on the old hard drive. When he was supposed ghost the old drive to the new drive.

Is there a way to undo this and recover the info from an overwritten partition?

An attempt at something helpful: Maybe. Some data recovery software might help. If not, perhaps a data recovery service. This all depends on how important the data is and how much you are willing to spend to get it back. There is no "Undo" for Ghost.

undo? i doubt it. as said above, the only hope is a data recovery service.
