Could be a lot of things.
Last time it happened to me was on a new Core i3 build. For some reason known only to god the bios default for cpu temperature shutdown was set at 40c.

A quick google on that bccode suggested bad RAM, but I don't normally look at BCC codes, I disable auto reboot on BSOD and read the BSOD result instead. All I'm saying is I don't memorise BCC codes, I know quite a few BSOD codes off the top of my head.

Use memtest86+ to check the RAM. It might not be faulty RAM, but RAM needing reseating possibly.

Of course, it might not be RAM at all. One symptom of a RAM problem is semi-random BSOD codes, so don't get thrown by looking through the logs and finding different codes.

According to the MSBK the 0x050 error you're getting is typically the result of a USB video device, which then makes me cast something of a suspicious eye at your video capture/tuner card.

However, just to be on the safe side, it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to go and update the drivers for all your hardware. Particularly the motherboard chipset, tuner card, and video drivers. Also, downloading and running a copy of memtext86+ on your computer would certainly not be a bad idea. Sometimes bad RAM can have you chasing phantoms because the symptoms look like something else. Just remember that the only acceptable number of errors on memtest86+ is zero. If you start getting errors from memtest86+, then take out all but one memory module and test each one individually until you find the problem module. If you appear to have multiple bad modules, then start testing different modules in different slots on the motherboard, because it's possible you have a bad memory bank.

Good to see you got it sorted. Guess now you need to start looking for a new tuner card.
