I'm unhappy because I was like you. I fucked around. I didn't care about much besides getting drunk, getting my dick wet, and playing Halo. I could have done anything but I pissed it away, didn't take any chances, and I didn't follow any of my dreams. now I'm 31 and I realize that I can't reload a save, I can't type in some cheat code, and I can't do anything but lie in the bed I made.
It doesn't really matter what I say to most of you. Any logical reason for why things happened (such as misreading a + for a - and losing close to 5.5% of my grade over it) don't really matter. You'll just say, "excuses".
You're about just as bad as the religious folk I deal with all the time. You don't listen to logic. You don't care about anything but yourself. You don't have a single ounce of critical thinking in your brain. You don't ever think of a different opinion other than your own.

wow you just described my exact life....however, i'm not unappy per se. Just feel like I could be more happy. hey at least we're not 41! 31 kinda sucks...once you hit 30 you really start to just "feel" older. maybe not everyone, but I do.

This is why it's a waste to give you any advice. You have an excuse for failing at everything. I find the bold hilarious, Mr. Self-Centered. You get mad at your grandmother for not leaving you an inheritance even though you were her favorite. You sure showed her a lot of respect by not going to her funeral.

Instead of complaining and crying that you misread a problem and the big meany professor docked you some points, how about saying "Crap, I'm an idiot -- I misread the problem. Serves me right and I'll pay more attention next time."
Oh, and someone who can't even get into CS telling us (most of whom graduated from CS or engineering and have careers and families) that we don't have a "single ounce of critical thinking" is rich especially considering you know exactly the response your whining elicits and yet, you keep doing it.
